bally199 - June 6, 2008 11:38 PM (GMT)
I'm about to put the kettle on.
Who wants what?
Also, I have just realized that this is the most awesome forum on the web, because it has boobies. :o

I have just had a cup of tea. It tasted like perfume, even with 3 teabags. :)

Black coffee, two sugars. I prefer Java, but if all you have is tesco value, thats fine too. It will just need a few shots of Baileys in it.

I, on the otherhand, have just polished off a nice cup of coffee. It has soothed my poorly throit (barnsley slang) no end!

Then yes, I am calling you cheap.
If you are going to insist on having something out of a jar (rather than fresh) then at least go for Carte Noir.
JJW009 - July 7, 2008 08:46 PM (GMT)
Nescafé do some nice stuff, it's just that their regular one is no better than the Tesco value I buy
I have good coffee once in a blue moon. It's so darned expensive for something that actually tastes good. I used to keep some decent grinds in the freezer, but I just don't drink enough so it ends up tasting weird.
I usually drink tea. I have about 10 different kinds, but the Tesco normal one ~2p a bag is pretty reasonable for every day.
bally199 - July 7, 2008 08:58 PM (GMT)
I think Nescafe is rather good!
JJW is right, though, you can't beat the cheapest stuff you can get! It has fuller flavour, IMO.
God, me sounding like a coffee guru! :D
Adam <_<

That's all very well, as long as that flavour is coffee flavour. That's where it all goes wrong... <_<
I'll take some Havana Gold, please. Strong brewed, black, no sugar.
<---- Coffee snob!
D'you have any of those little biscotti things? I like those.

I'd best get some decent stuff in for next weekend
RedeyesUK - July 7, 2008 11:32 PM (GMT)
Oh, if it's hangover coffee, then my standards can slip a little. A long way actually!
'Morning after' coffee is basically just a caffeine delivery system, so any old rubbish will do. I've even been known to drink vending machine sludge when hung over!

Ordinarily for Mr Redeyes corfee goes as follows:
"If it ain't "Taylors of Harrogate" brewed in a Bodhum Caffetiere and served on a gold platter by our butler....then it just ain't Corfee" :D
Hangover corfee goes like this:
*slurp* *grunt* "Corfee" *drool* :P
RedeyesUK - July 16, 2008 05:35 PM (GMT)
Careful my dear, you're giving away too much.
If you carry on like this, people will start to realise I'm not the suave, sophistimacated gentleman they think i am!

You're the one who used the words "vending machine sludge"
:P

JJW009 - March 24, 2009 07:29 PM (GMT)
I have a steaming 2 pint mug of PG already, but thanks :)
Wouldn't mind a Garibaldi though. I couldn't find them last time I shopped :(
Mrs Redeyes - March 25, 2009 10:23 AM (GMT)
Going to make a cuppa now the first break rush is over.
paulpowers - March 25, 2009 10:28 AM (GMT)

JJW009 - March 25, 2009 10:49 AM (GMT)

Lampshade gave me some fancy yeast for making wheat beer.
Now all I need is some wheat malt so I can start a brew going :D
Mrs Redeyes - July 28, 2009 07:34 AM (GMT)
I think another cup of tea is definitely on the cards B)
bally199 - October 15, 2009 09:34 PM (GMT)
Just about to whack the kettle on again.
May I take your orders please?
RedeyesUK - October 15, 2009 10:19 PM (GMT)
JJW009 - October 15, 2009 11:00 PM (GMT)
I'll put the kettle on. By the time I remember to pour it, you'll probably be here
RedeyesUK - October 15, 2009 11:44 PM (GMT)
Righty ho then.
You might need to reboil the kettle though, it may have cooled down a bit by then! :P
Mrs Redeyes - October 16, 2009 06:53 AM (GMT)
Mmmm, fresh hot cuppa. What a great start to such a horrendous day :( I guess Winter might be here after all *Brr*
