Yeah, I've just got back from the supermarket with some booze for later.

I forgot today was a lottery day. I queued for 15 minutes at the fag counter before I just gave up and left. They were still serving the same woman all that time!

Unfortunately, due to fireworks potentially not reacting well with new dog I'll be going to KW's rather than the other way around. That means no snacking and a relatively early night. I'm just hoping the cat is as deaf as I think she is, or I may be in for some unpleasant little jobs when I get back...

I don't feel too bad I have to say. I'd be better if someone hadn't of phoned me before noon :blink:

I fell asleep at 22:30 on NYE and woke up at 02:00, a quick beer and cigarette then I slept until 09:00 and got up ready to face the NY.

Everyone else I know in Cairns was doing something so I took the opportunity to relax.

Noon? NOON??!!?

We were woken up at 7:45AM. :rolleyes:

A good night was had, food was eaten and drink was drunk. We had a murder mystery party, which made for a good time all round. I completely failed to identify the murderer, but by that time of the evening I don't think anyone really cared anyway. :lol:

I hope you all had a good evening/night, we were woken early by two little boys trying to be quiet (in that loud way only a 6 year old and a two year old can manage) but had bacon sannies for breakfast at 9am as compensation.
