I'm voting for Japanese, partially because I like trying new things and I haven't (as a rule) eaten much Japanese. I'm quite happy to try sushi with fish in (and may even try it twice, just to be sure) and I like your cooking.

The other part of why I'm voting Japanese is that I (selfishly) really love those Japanese rice crackers, especially the pale coloured ones shaped like bent diamonds :shame:
